The Cowboy Costume Guy is a total goofball. Who else would not only dress up as a cowboy, but also make it look like he’s riding around on a horse all the time?
Everybody likes having the Cowboy Costume Guy around. He’s friendly, he’s funny, and he knows a whole stable full of really terrible horse puns. Just don’t do anything to make him turn around quickly, or that horse head and tail will knock over everything around him. And when the party is over, he’ll wave his hat in the air, shout “Giddyap,” and gallop off into the sunset!
