Ian Malcolm, the chaotic-theorist, has been skeptical of the idea of Jurassic Park from the beginning: an amusement park full of cloned dinosaurs. He warns several times that nature cannot be controlled, and that the park is doomed to go wrong.
The quote comes at a time when everything indeed begins to go wrong - dinosaurs break out, systems fail, and people are eaten. As the others panic, Malcolm says cynically:
"Boy, do I hate being right all the time."
