A hinge consists of two parts, where one part engages in the other and can still move relative to each other; they hinge.
This 1 x 2 hinge has the two parts of the hinge. The hinge stone has a vertical grip on one side and a two-finger horizontal clamp on the other side. Combine this stone with a vertical clamp and a stone with a horizontal grip, to let the stone hinge on two sides. Both sides in a different direction. The stones can rotate 180 degrees relative to each other in the horizontal or vertical plane. The minimum angle between the stones is 90 degrees.
