Several variants of the window 1 x 2 x 2 exist. This version is a so-called castle window. The window has a narrow side and the glass is placed behind the front face of the frame. The front of the window has an arch, and therefore fits perfectly in a castle. It is LEGO, so you may also apply this castle window in a different way!
In this window frame fits window glass 2 x 2. For fixing the glass, there are two holes in the frame. The glass easily snaps into the frame. The glass is partially hidden behind the front of the window frame.
