With every purchase at ToyPro, you earn ToyPro Credits, except when purchasing LEGO sets, lighting kits, and polybags. ToyPro Credits are reward points that can be redeemed as a discount on a future order.
You earn 5 ToyPro Credits for every €1 you spend on our website. Once you have accumulated €5 worth of Credits, you can redeem them toward your next order. Credits cannot be used to pay for packaging or shipping costs.
ToyPro Credits can be redeemed in €5 increments. For example, if you have €12 worth of Credits, you can redeem €10 toward your order. The remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
To see how many ToyPro Credits you have earned, simply sign in to your account and go to "My Account". On desktop, the link is located at the top of the page. On mobile, you can find it in the menu.
You must be signed in to redeem your ToyPro Credits. During checkout, you'll see the option to apply your Credits to your order. The selected amount will be deducted from your order total, excluding packaging and shipping costs.
Please note: ToyPro Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
